Our rainbow trout are handpicked by Andreas. A Jobst smoked trout is carefully smoked for around 2 hours at around 80 degrees over local beech wood, giving it its characteristic golden shimmer. After the smoking process, the trout are filleted by hand - a real sign of quality. It is a natural product, the actual weight can therefore vary by about 10%. However, we strive to ensure that you can enjoy as much of it as possible
